Someone asked me to do a post on helping the body deal with inflammation naturally. I found this article and it seems to address major issues in a straight forward way. Inflammation is an underlying cause of many illnesses which are prevalent today. I recommend checking this article out if you suffer from arthritis, high cholesterol, and any other type of inflammation problem.

Hey Simon! Thanks for your wishes and I hope the best for you and yours as well! I’m enjoying your posts! 🙂
Thanks for sharing Darcy.
Interesting… In the spring I was diagnosed with SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) and the main way I control it is to starve the bacteria by eating fewer carbs and avoiding specific carbs.
Thanks for your feedback on this Kitt! Carbs seem to be a big problem in many ways for our digestion. Are you finding it works well for you to eliminate those foods?
Definitely. I notice almost immediately when I eat a high FODMAP (Fermentable Oligo-Di-Monosaccharides and Polyols) food.
That’s great to hear. Congrats for your success on this discovery. 🙂
Thanks to seeing a gastroenterologist for my colonoscopy at 50. Good thing for cancer screening.
Love this post and your blog page! So much to read such little time 🙂
Thank you for your visit. We’ll visit each other as time permits. It’s quite overwhelming to get to know so many blogs and bloggers from the 101 course, but yours stood to me for sure. The beautiful colours in your header photo grabbed me right away!
Thanks Rosh! I’m fairly new to the blogging world so it’s great to read your above comments and I’m looking forwarded to visiting your site in the near future 🙂
Great article Rosh! I’m reblogging! Thanks!
Thank you for passing this on! I think it’s a great article too. Totally makes sense. Glad you agree and found it helpful:-)
This is so helpful. I passed it on. I must renew my commitment to better food choices as a diabetic. Christmas season holds to many temptations to my sugar addiction. Very harmful for control of my diabetes.
Yes, he holidays are definitely difficult for us sugar addicts. My father had diabetes and I don’t want to get it. He enjoyed his sweets and I totally follow after his example. I do know it’s not good for me, but I have a hard time controlling what I eat. It’s just so yummy. 🙂 Well we can enjoy a little bit anyway, right?
Balance is the key. I’ve been out of whack. off and on, for a long time. Hahaha!
