One of Korea’s Signature Dishes: Bibimbap

This video gives a good introduction and instruction in how to do basic Korean food. They always chop the vegetables small and cook them a little before assembling the dish. I thought she did a good job of describing all of the steps to make this dish.

    • I’ve never been to Jeollabukdo, but would love to go some day. I think each region probably has their own variations of the dish. I especially like saesak bimbimbap with the bean sprouts. Yum.
