As a trainer I am constantly asked about an appropriate diet. My best answer is always that the best diet is a balanced a diet. A diet that attains a great deal of vegetable, fruit and water consumption. A considerable diet also consists of minimal animal protein intake and rather protein intake from beans and vegetables, which contain more total dietary benefit than animal meats.
For the average healthy moderately active to very active person, a well balanced diet it one that focuses on receiving the essential 7 nutrients: water, protein, carbohydrates, fiber, fat, vitamins, and minerals. These seven nutrients are what are essential for normal body functioning. This clean eating challenge is an excellent jump start to uptaking a healthy prosperous diet.
